I&B was selected by Fondren Presbyterian Church to join in the integrated project delivery of preconstruction, design, and construction of their Phase I and Phase II Renovations and Additions. The project consists of an exterior renovations, masonry tuckpointing and cleaning, and repairs and replacement of all windows (Phase I), and an elevator expansion, site improvements and full scale interior renovation, including an MP&E overhaul (Phase II).
